If you want to access the building before/after the opening hours and/or in the weekend, you will need an ECE Card. This, you can request by sending an e-mail to campus@ece.nl.
Yes, your guests can park for free at the parking lot. You can send an e-mail to receptierst@gmail.com with the names of your guests, so they can arrange a parking spot.
Via Bisner, you can book meetingrooms for a maximum of 2 hours. If you need the meetingroom for a longer period of time, you can request this via campus@ece.nl.
We’re always happy to welcome you! At our campus, a lot if innovative and inspiring events take place every week. If you’re interested in hosting one yourselves, you can send an e-mail to campus@ece.nl with all the information you currently have, then they can help you further with the process.
An extra key is always possible. Sometimes we still have enough keys available, then it is free to receive an extra key. If not, the costs are € 25,00 excl. Dutch VAT.You can ask for an extra key by sending an e-mail to campus@ece.nl.
Community member AXS takes care of the internet and telephony in the building.If anything doesn’t work, you can walk by their office on the 10th floor.
At the ECE Campus, we have our own in-house caterer: Van Eck Catering. Van Eckserves lunch every weekday from 12:00 – 13:30h at the ECE Café on the 10th floor. Here, you can get sandwiches, salad or a warm lunch everyday. You can payby card.
Lunch is also available for your guests. If you expect more than 10 guests for the lunch, please send an e-mail to campus@ece.nl with your name, the name of youcompany and the number of guests so Van Eck can take care of it.
